The Opel Insignia is the winner in the mid-size car category in the car reliability survey conducted by J. D. Power. The company conducts an annual survey on customer satisfaction with its cars. The study looks at the quality and durability of their cars between the ages of 1 and 3 years. This year's survey includes 12,854 responses received online from November 2018 to January 2019. The survey questions relate to quality / durability and operating costs.
